Carpenter
Carpenter is expected to be able to perform carpentry at the highest level with minimal direct supervision. Carpenter will work with production manager and site managers to expedite timely completion of work, maintaining schedule and budget goals. The Carpenter will perform work safely and follow all company rules and procedures.
Carpentry Apprentice/Laborer
The apprentice carpenter will assist construction personnel with the job site tasks. This person will take direction from the carpenters and lead carpenters on the job. They should possess basic carpentry skills and perform work in a safe manner and follow company policies and procedures. Good attitude and being willing to learn our process is very important to this position. We will train the right person.
Site Manager
The Site Manager works with the production manager and sales team to take the scope of the project that has been built on paper and bring it to reality with the help of the field crews and subs. The site manager will serve as the daily contact for the client as the work is being completed.
Office Assistant
This position will be reporting directly to the office manager. This position requires a positive, energetic, outgoing attitude with great organization skills. We want someone who enjoys and understands the demands of working for a small business & that can be personable with clients.
