This position will be reporting directly to the office manager. This position requires a positive, energetic, outgoing attitude with great organization skills. We want someone who enjoys and understands the demands of working for a small business & that can be personable with clients.

Position Responsibilities

Office Duties include

  • Answering phones
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Enter Timecards
  • Invoice tracking
  • General office duties (Filing & Scanning, data entry, cleaning)

Position Qualifications:

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Must be self-motivated, punctual and work well with others.

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience with Buildertrend or Sage 100 Contractor preferred
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, & Excel
