Position Responsibilities
Office Duties include
- Answering phones
- Accounts payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Enter Timecards
- Invoice tracking
- General office duties (Filing & Scanning, data entry, cleaning)
Position Qualifications:
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Must be self-motivated, punctual and work well with others.
- High School Diploma
- Experience with Buildertrend or Sage 100 Contractor preferred
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, & Excel
