Park Meadows Paradise
This mountain home surrounded by spectacular views was sorely in need of a main level update. The cold and drafty kitchen was a bear to cook in. Functionality felt like a myth. A new kitchen design was created to give more open space to the area as well as better function and flow. All new windows were put in as well as a double sided fireplace which helped to mitigate the drafts and cold especially on cold and snowy winter nights. A steel beam was installed to support the area where the closet was removed with a load bearing wall. Outdated lights and cabinetry were replaced with a brighter more modern feel. As you can see, we carried the same theme into the bathroom to continue the feeling. What we especially love about this bathroom is the half glass door panel. The clients wanted to prevent water spilling out of the shower, with a happy medium of easier access when getting in and out.
