The Project development coordinator works with the sales and estimating team to package all bid and design information before proposal presentation to the client. They are a pivotal piece to ensuring that the details are all covered by designer and estimator. The PDC works closely with the client, vendors and designer as selections are made for the residential remodel or new home build. This will include visiting vendors with client and attending various meetings. During the project development process, all selections are made. The PDC is responsible for and ensures the selections are approved by clients, gets quotes for those selections and enters them into the Buildertrend software.

Position Responsibilities
Duties include
- The PDC meets with the production team to hand off after proposal presentation and will be available for consult from client/vendors and production during the construction of the project.
- The PDC will assist with ordering of selection and ensuring they are available when needed on the project.
Position Qualifications:
Great communication skills are needed as the PDC needs to communicate needs to clients, designers, trades/vendors and the estimating team on a regular and on going basis.
- Experience with interior designÂ
- Bluebeam preferred
- Buildtrend, chief architect and office experience a plus
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, & Excel
