Salt Lake Whole Home Remodel

A family moving back into the childhood home of one of the owners. So many memories.  However, they wanted to bring the space to the 21st century.   The Fine team worked with the architect and designer to bring unusable space into usable areas.   A dormer was added to the room over the garage to make what was just open space before into a large bedroom with class.   Every part of the home was improved from the basement to the top floor.   Giving extra attention to what would retain the feel of the childhood home, but also update and bring it to the new century.   The beauty of this remodel is that it still has the little things that give the home character.
